Anytime Fitness has announced a new partnership with leading fitness education experts, the International Fitness Academy (IFA), to significantly increase the availability of high-quality personalised coaching to its members.
With coaching and member support at the heart of Anytime Fitness’ offering, the partnership will make industry-leading fitness qualifications more accessible to its club staff, providing them with further expertise to make life-changing impacts with Anytime Fitness members and progress their careers.
Team members across its 185+ UK and Ireland clubs can earn accredited fitness qualifications directly through AF Academy, Anytime Fitness’ state-of-the-art personal learning and development platform, which launched in 2021. Immediately available to all employees within its club network, students can become an accredited AF Coach, powered by IFA’s internationally recognised Level 2 & 3 Certification.

As well as enhancing the membership experience, the partnership aims to support Anytime Fitness clubs with their staff recruitment and retention. With the fitness industry one of many facing significant recruitment challenges since the pandemic, Anytime Fitness clubs will have the opportunity to develop its current team members, as well as tapping into an enthusiastic pool of enthusiastic fitness professionals.
