Shapemaster appoints new national sales manager to drive growth

Shapemaster, specialists in exercise equipment for older adults, is pleased to announce the appointment of Liz Wright as its new national sales manager.

In her new role, Liz will work with public sector operators to support the UK’s ageing population with Shapemaster’s growing suite of power-assisted products.

Prior to joining Shapemaster, Liz worked at the award-winning bionic limb company Open Bionics – developers of the world’s most affordable multi grip bionic arm – in sales and business development roles.

“I’m passionate about working for innovative companies that make a difference. Like Open Bionics, Shapemaster is a British engineering company that makes a hugely positive impact globally and that’s very important to me,” said Wright.

“As someone who was born with a limb difference and lives with a long-term health condition, I am fascinated by the Shapemaster concept and its impact on people’s lives. I’m excited to learn more about the products and the market, and to start developing productive relationships to further drive Shapemaster’s growth.”

Jon Hymus, Commercial Director at Shapemaster, said: “We are delighted to welcome Liz to the Shapemaster team. She has a track record of building strong partnerships with clients and we are confident she will add real value helping leisure operators to achieve their goals, while supporting people in their communities to live longer, healthier and happier lives.”
